David Koretz Biography

Under the leadership of Mr. Koretz, BlueTie has been a three-time recipient of Forbes Magazine “Best of the Web” as one of the top four Websites in the world for small businesses, winner of the 2008 AlwaysOn Top 100 award, PC Magazine Four Star Award, and the Ad-Tech award for Best B2B Transaction Website.

Mr. Koretz was the recipient of Teen People Magazine's “20 Teens Who Will Change the World" award, the "40 Under 40 Award," and the Digital Rochester "Rising Star Award."

Mr. Koretz currently serves as a Board Member of Earthlink, BlueTie, Adventive, and Mykonos Software. He is a member of the Board of Trustees at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and serves as on the advisory board at the Golisano School of Computing at RIT. In his free time, Mr. Koretz races cars and has raced in Cannonball Run - One Lap of America, a 5,000-mile road race around America. He is a mountain climber that has climbed two of the 7 Summits, an avid world traveler to six continents and more than 60 countries, a documentary photographer, and a frequent speaker about entrepreneurship and the future of technology.
